What a great birthday gift, homemade pies. When our son Joseph comes home he always requests I make him his favorite home cooked meal. It consists of cornbread, fresh green beans, green onions, fried pork chops, okra, and fresh mint iced tea – finished off with (my attempt at making) his Nan’s infamous sticky chocolate cake. Mmmmmmmmmm…making myself hungry.
