Since goldenrod is still in full swing here, I decided to pick some and make tea. It is considered to be good for joint pain and inflammation, as well as other things.
Be sure to shake it down and wash it; I had to rehome more than one goldenrod crab spider.
The flavor is very mild, but since I’ve been drinking (and loving) nettle tea all summer it wasn’t what I really wanted, so I added a bit of honey…
